Before you write
Most install issues are answered in the homepage troubleshooting section: match the file size to the details table, keep free storage well beyond the download size, allow installs from your browser, and download on Wi-Fi. If your message is about sign-in or performance, your phone model and Android version help us reproduce it on the test rack.
Response times
We reply within two working days, usually faster. Your Instagram account itself, its content and its policies belong to Instagram and Meta; we cannot reach those from here, and EliteInsta's development belongs to its developer.
